Lower Level: Freed Theater, Susan and Tim Strader Atrium, Outdoor Patio
The Cultural Center’s lower level includes three spaces: the Freed Theater, Susan and Tim Strader Atrium, and the Patio.
These spaces can be rented separately.
Freed Theater
The Freed Theater can seat 299 people.
Susan and Tim Strader Atrium
The Susan and Timothy Strader Family Atrium can accommodate up to 100 people.
Patio
The Cultural Center patio seats up to 500 with a banquet-style setup.
1st Floor: Lobby
The 1st Floor lobby can comfortably accommodate up to 200-250 people with banquet-style seating.
3rd Floor: Event Space
The 3rd Floor can comfortably accommodate up to 150-180 people with banquet-style seating.
4th Floor: Boardroom
While the boardroom comes with 16 executive chairs, it can seat up to 25 with smaller chivari or folding chairs.

The 4th Floor can comfortably accommodate up to 110 people with banquet-style seating and 130 assembly style.
